I would like to have a book cover in which I can put my annual paper calendar. The case should be big enough to fit my calendars. Have an insert for notes. And a marker (e.g. insert thread) so that you can always put it in the current day and this day is always shown when you open the calendar.

The calendar sizes vary somewhat from year to year. The largest calendar had the following dimensions (maximum):
Length: 23cm
width: 15,5cm
thickness: 1,5 cm
The material should be robust and light.

it would have to be three pages? (2 to insert the calendar booklet and one side to insert notes etc.)
and how does everything, for example, remain closed in the bag and not open accidentally?

Good ! It has three pages and other page for inserting notes !! The fabric is stable and even good quality!!

on the photo the fabric looks very soft. This is enough to plug in the calendar.
But for the page for the slips of paper I imagine this to be difficult - this cover page should be stable (firmer).
And how is everything held together so that everything (the booklet with the calendar and the notes) cannot open when I put it in my pocket.
and the third question: what are the dimensions of the tab for inserting the notes?
Hannelore, I have added three pockets for notes/agenda. I used medium standard measurements of notes. I added a zipper for each pocket. What do you think? Do you have anything you can suggest about the pockets? The products is ready to get to you.

thank you very much, the video has solved many questions.
The idea with the small pockets on the middle side is wonderful. Zippers are not necessary, the pockets can remain open.
The calendar is inserted between the middle and the right outer side.
The left outer side is also good for larger papers, as I wanted it to be.
How stable is the left outside when the whole booklet is closed and can the whole booklet be closed with a rubber (like the red rubber in my first photo)?, a zipper would not be good.
And is it possible to attach a tape to mark one side (like the yellow thread in my second photo)?

i think the left cover page is too soft, not stable enough when i put the calendar (the book) in a pocket
I can't see how the book stays closed when I put it in a pocket.

I would like to add inside of the calendar cover either of this foam or couch to give the both main outer side if be more stable. I would also like to use elastic where the calendar will be hold so that it stays in and stable.

I don't know which is better. Maybe foam makes the shell too thick? maybe the idea with rubber is good.
I think the outer sides, especially the left outer side, need to be stabilized. maybe you can just insert a booklet for a test and see how the sides behave?
how should the rubber for the calendar be attached? it should be possible to turn the pages forward and backward

Rubber/caocho will maintain the stability of the left side to keep the calendar hold in. The rubber has better structure and density which makes it good. We tried to put the booklet as you suggested, the result shared proves that the left side need to be very stable to hold anything.

I did my best to take all necessary precautions to make sure that what you would put inside will not fall out. The caocho maintain well the stability of the bag. For the calendar pocket I ended up adding elastic to bring materials more together so that the calendar stays inside and safe. I have showed it on the video that I uploaded.
