I would like to have a cover for my calendar in the dimensions (closed) 25 cm by 16 cm. Open: 33.5 cm by 16 cm. The calendar has a back height of about 1.5 cm. The cover should be stable enough to carry itself. The calendar should be held by means of slide-in compartments (see video). The inside of the cover should be separated by an intermediate page so that there is a separate compartment next to the calendar (see video). I can well imagine leather as material.

Why I am saying this is that when we follow the measurements you have stated it doesn't work out. The closed and the open dimensions don't work. 25 when closed should be 50 when opened.

the calendars are approx. A5 format, vary a bit and are sometimes a bit bigger. the current calendar is 23,5cm high. closed it is 13,5cm and open 27cm, plus the thickness of approx. 1,5cm.
So the cover should be slightly larger.

Greetings, trust well. I decided to make a sample to see how it all works out. See the pictures I have sent. I noticed that there is challenge with centre flaps if it made for either leather or PU. It is very stiff. So I have included some pictures where I have used a black and white African print as an idea. This will make the inner cover a little more softer for inner cover.
Please see pictures and advise me if I should do PU inside or African print. Please note the outside is pure leather the inside flap is not.
