I would like a key rack made of cedar wood: width about 35 cm the height about 30cm 4 possibilities to hang up keys, 2 compartments for spectacles, 1 compartment for an umbrella and surface for coins. I have attached a photo.

Hi, I am interested to make this work for the client, but I need a few more details on measurements as follows: The measurements for 2 compartments for spectacles Measurements for 1 compartment for Umbrella.
Am also asking on whether Mahogany wood can be used in this work, in case Cedar wood is not found.

Yes another type of wood is ok. The measurements for the Spectacles conpartment about 7 cmx14cm and about 10cm deep.

Thanks for elaborate reply. What about the depth of the Key rack?
The key chains should be about 5cm so for a key to hang safely possibly a small notch of 4cm.
I have not thought about a price idea because I realize that Mahogany wood is more valuable.

The sketch is good. The curve at the top could be a little flatter, with a notch at the back for hanging and possibly decoration at the front.

The dimensions of the key lack was about 35cm height by 30cm width outside measure ment
The spectacle cases seem to me to be very high, they could be shorter with a third of the glasses showing on the top. If the glasses are about 14 cm wide then you should still be able to see about 4-5cm on top.
In the picture I sent, the distance from the glasses compartment to the umbrella compartment is wider so the wooden plugs (for the keys) are even easier to recognize. The curve over the key board would be nicer if it were flatter, like it was on my picture
