This is all very doable with the leather and materials we use here in Kenya. I can also adjust the side width so it reaches about 4.5 cm when the wallet is full.
Two small points where your input helps:
1. Coin compartment: Would you prefer a flap with a snap button on top (more secure, classic look) or a side gusset style that opens wider for easier access? I recommend a flap with a snap button for durability and to keep coins from spilling.
2. Lining: Do you prefer a simple black fabric lining (lighter and slimmer) or thin black leather inside (more premium, slightly thicker)? I recommend fabric lining in black to keep the wallet less bulky
