custom made cutlery tray – 48 cm wide, 47 cm deep, 5 cm high

Hello Michaela, I am happy to provide an offer for your idea. I have read and understood your instructions and measurements as well as looked at your drawings. I would like to ask, what type of wood and finish would you like on the cutlery trays? I would suggest using a light hardwood such as cypress and varnish or wax for a smooth finish on the wood.

Hello Michaela, my apologies I wanted you to see the ongoing process but I will surely take a photo of the measurements. I’ve attached the progress for the tray. I’d indicated 10mm thickness and the inside divisions might change slightly but the exterior measurements you’ve given of 48cm by 47cm and 30cm by 47cm have been maintained.

Hello Michaela, I hope you are well. yes, I finished off with clear wax polish so it's not shiny and the wax brings out the grain on the light wood slightly but nicely. I have attached photos of the final product for you to view and I hope it is to your liking.

Hello Paul, please send me a photo of the cutlery tray with the metre rule on it, so I can see if the width 48 cm and depth are correct.
The two long compartments in the one cutlery tray must have a depth of 47 cm! See my drawing.

Hello Michaela, yes that was an interim report for the big tray which was completed and delivered for inspection. I have attached photos of the finished small tray from its initialization phase and it is now ready to be shipped.

I would really like to take only 2 boxes that are completely smooth, without splinters.

The trays will be delivered to Sharon for better photos that will assure you they are good to go.
