Thank you for your reply. I'm not sure if you have a more elaborate solution than what I wanted in my head. At the very least, the production time of 72 hours set by you and the material costs of 30 EURO imply this. I need a very simple solution that will be in a drawer in the kitchen. Maybe you could google again for a cutlery tray and see what simpler solutions you could build?

I have gone through the stages to complete the tray with measurement... 47.5cm x 21 cm.
The first stage is measuring the wood for the work
Cutting the sizes
Sand paper aplied
Glued
Nailed them together
Applied the veneer wood
And finally applied the vanish and dry

it looks very nice what you did. However, I have just seen that the division of the compartments is different than on my drawing. But I saw that this was an error in the system, so that customer photos were not yet displayed to craftsmen in Ghana. You should see the photo with the drawing now. The Urban Change Lab will bear the additional costs resulting from this error. You should contact your Local Operations Manager.
If you fix the bug it would be great if the partitions between the compartments were a little thinner, then you lose less space in the drawer.

Hello Elizabeth, looking great, thank you very much! I only need the one cutlery box, which has the dimensions as on the drawing. It is important that you have kept the measurements exactly, otherwise the cutlery box does not fit into the drawer. Could you please take a few more photos of the finished box and send them?

Hello Elizabeth, thank you very much for the beautiful photos! I am just a little concerned, because I have just seen that on my drawing 47.5 cm are indicated I have written in the text 47 cm. 47 cm would just about fit in the drawer. It can't be any longer.
I hope that fits and look forward to the drawer insert 🙂

Hello Elizabeth, I meant with my question if you used the 47cm from the text or the 47,5cm from the photo. The best thing to do is to measure the box and send me the exact dimensions it has become. I don't want us to know if it fits until delivery. Many greetings

Hello John. I used the dimensions in the photo 47.5 x 21 x 12 (cm).
Any further changes will mean building everything from scratch . Do let me know your take on that please

Hello, Elizabeth, that's too bad. Unfortunately, that was my fault. Since I really only a cutlery box in the dimensions 47cm (long) times 21cm (wide) times 7cm (high) I have to ask you to make another cutlery box. By the way, the 12 cm on the drawing did not mean the height but the distance for the front compartment. Of course I will cover the additional costs (material and working time). Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hello Elizabeth, I would say to avoid any risk, make the box 20.5 cm wide, 6.5 cm high and 46.5 cm long. These are the outer dimensions. Please divide the inside as shown in the drawing, i.e. the front compartment 12 cm. Please use thinner wood so that not so much space is lost. Maybe you could send me a drawing with the measurements first, then I'll check it again.
