Super thank you. I am open to have a number of sets made depending on what's feasible with time, availability and budget. I'm thinking 10 sets of chopsticks: 4 in bone, 6 in wood.
It would also be good to know if there are any chemicals used in the process and if so which one? I just want to make sure the final product would be safe for use.

At by now the only chemical is hydrogen peroxide for bleaching the bone during boiling hours and for potassium as dying agent.Both are purely washed thoroughly until the contents read zero.
