This a message from Vicky, Local Operations Manager. We did the quality check of your bag before shipping. The overall quality of the bag and the craftsmanship is as very good. There are two aspects I would like to point out before we ship to provide you the opportunity to decide if we should ship the bag to you or ask Walter to fix these aspects:
a) as you can see on the photos Walter put his logo (Bagman) on the bag. We generally recommend to the artisan adding logos only inside or consult the client before adding it outside.
b) white leather is generally not easy to handle so that it remains completely clean. As you can see on the photos there are some areas where it does no longer look perfectly white. We would assume that its possible to clean those areas and that the starting process to have some leather wrinkles is something unavoidable. We just want to make you aware that the bag in regards to that does not look like one fresh out of a luxury shop (which you could expect from us) though as said above the workmanship meets this standard.
Would you like us to send the bag back to Walter to work on both aspects?
