Two custom made wooden glasses boxes

Hello Juliet, I am happy to provide an offer for your idea. I propose to make the box from Cypress wood with a clear varnish finishing. The size will be 16cm long, 7.5 cm wide and 5.5 cm in height. I will line the interior with leather. I have attached pictures of the two different bronze locks available to me. Looking forward to your feedback.

The screws also don't have caps on them. I will need to find out if I can find any bronze caps and update you as well

Hello Brian.The measurements are suitable. Yes,I've realised that the latches available locally don't have capped screws.If you do find bronze caps I will appreciate,if not that's fine.
We can go with the first lock (image 3) it's the closest to the original.

Please let me know approximately how much it would be for two cases and how long the process will take

Hello Juliet, I have everything ready to start, I have realized that 16cm would give little room for the glasses to fit when I measured with a pair of glasses I have, I wanted to advice that we make it 18cm long instead. I have attached a picture to elaborate.

Hello Juliet, so far so good, the locks were successfully delivered, am working on the finishing and installing the interior leather. I have attached some pictures of the leather and would love advice on what side you would like to be visible, I have also attached the updates on the cases, so far I have applied sanding sealer and waiting for it to dry so I can varnish.
